What the application collects

GoodDay Bookings is a project operated by Dmytro Popov. The supplier application collects the business, service area and contact details shown on the form. Phone, website or social URL, and the short business description are optional.

How the information is used

The details are stored for application review and queued for an owner notification. An application starts as pending review. Submitting it does not create a supplier account, publish a listing, approve the business or subscribe the contact to marketing.

Storage and outstanding policy decisions

The anti-bot check uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Your browser connects to Cloudflare, and the server verifies the challenge token and available client IP address. A short-lived identifier derived from that address is used to limit repeated attempts. Application details are not sent to an AI model or subscribed to marketing.

Application data is stored in the private database configured for this service and is not exposed through a public application-list endpoint. The production hosting provider, notification provider, retention period, deletion process and operator contact channel have not yet been approved for publication. Applications must not open to the public until those facts are confirmed here.

Do not submit banking information, identity documents, passwords or other sensitive records. The form does not request or accept uploads.
